Which energy drink is the healthiest?

When it comes to energy drinks, there are no health benefits to be had. These beverages are all about the buzz, not about helping you stay healthy.

If you need a coffee boost to get you through the day, that’s fine. Just don’t make it a daily habit. And, more importantly, don’t let your kids drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages.

Kids need a lot more sleep than we do, so they don’t need these extra boosts of energy. They might even make them more hyperactive, which is the opposite of what you want.
